Products and Orders
All products are made to order unless otherwise stated. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production and delivery. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Limited Drops and Availability
Many of our products are limited edition and available in limited quantities. We cannot guarantee availability of any product. Once a limited drop sells out, it may not be restocked.
Payments
We accept payments through Shopify's secure checkout, which supports major credit cards. Certain products, including the GG × Evan Shore Slurpee collab, are sold separately via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle due to regulatory requirements.
Shipping
We ship within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@thegrapegod.com with photos of the damage.

All content on this website including logos, graphics, designs, and text is the property of Grape_God LLC and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Cannabis Compliance
Grape God is a lifestyle and apparel brand. We do not sell cannabis or cannabis products through this website. Any references to cannabis are for brand identity purposes only. All physical cannabis products are sold exclusively through licensed dispensaries in compliance with applicable state laws.
Limitation of Liability
Grape_God LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oregon.
