All Sales Are Final
Because every Grape God item is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preference, or any reason other than those listed below. Please review our size guides carefully before placing your order.
Eligible for Return or Exchange
We will accept a return or exchange only in the following circumstances: you received the wrong item (different product than what you ordered), or you received the wrong size (different size than what you selected at checkout). In either case you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
How to Start a Claim
If you believe your order qualifies under the above conditions, email us at sales@thegrapegod.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item you received alongside your order confirmation showing what you purchased.
Resolution Process
Once we review your claim and confirm the error on our end, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost to you. In cases where a replacement is not possible due to stock availability, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
If a return is required as part of your claim, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns cannot be processed.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged in transit, photograph the damage and contact us at sales@thegrapegod.com within 7 days of delivery. Damage claims submitted after 7 days of delivery cannot be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances: items marked as final sale, limited edition drops once sold, accessories, and any items from the GG × Evan Shore Slurpee collab which are sold separately and governed by their own sale terms.
Sizing
We strongly encourage you to review the size guide on each product page before ordering. Because our items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues outside of our error. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
