Made to Order

The majority of Grape God apparel is made to order through our production partner Tapstitch. Because each item is produced specifically for you, please allow 2-3 weeks from the time of your order for production and delivery. We appreciate your patience — quality takes time.

In-Stock Items

Non-print-on-demand items that are in stock will ship within 5 business days of your order being placed. If you require expedited shipping on an in-stock item, please contact us at sales@thegrapegod.com before placing your order to arrange express shipping options.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Shipping times listed are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check the cart for any active promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking number within your expected production window, contact us at sales@thegrapegod.com.

Delays

Occasionally production or shipping delays may occur due to high demand, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control. We will communicate any significant delays to you via email. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once your order has left our facility.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Grape God is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at sales@thegrapegod.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@thegrapegod.com. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please allow 2 additional business days before contacting us as carriers occasionally scan packages early.
