**Print-on-Demand Apparel:**
We offer refunds for print-on-demand apparel products only under the following circumstances:
- The wrong size or design was sent.
- The product has a manufacturing defect or the print quality is faulty.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return for print-on-demand apparel items.

**Other Apparel and Accessories:**
For all other apparel and accessories, we offer a 30-day refund policy from the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


**How to Initiate a Refund:**
To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service team through the contact link on the main menu with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions for returning the item(s).

**Shipping Costs:**
Shipping costs associated with the return of non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.

**Refund Processing:**
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product(s). The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
